Gee whiz, a guy goes out for a day of hunting and all heck breaks loose on this thread!

$55.

I can't bid on the rifle 'cause I don't think I would be able to explain to my wife how I managed to accidentally buy a rifle two years in a row.

But how are you going to explain a newborn toque? Do you know something your wife does not?

I don't really know how to answer this.....

I think because the recipient is the Calgary Children's Hospital the final bid would be $800.00, although I love the idea and commend your generosity.

I am only setup this year to donate to the CCH. Sorry.

PLEASE don't be offended, I am just trying to be fair and reasonable.

I will put up a round (100 targets) of sporting clays at Silver Willow. I will take the person out and supply either a 20 gauge or 12 gauge shotgun to use. I will also provide the ammo.

This can also be split for 2 people to shoot a round of 50 each. Ammo and shotguns still included.

Approx value is $70-$75

Great way to get new shooters involved or meet experienced ones and have a good time dusting some clays.

If this is still available, I would like to claim it please

In the spirit of PIF I will offer another sporting clays round.

Ken, should I assume this is claimed by kritofr?

I'll claim that round of clays, if I may. Unless that kritroff beat,

I'm confused, are we at $800 for the rifle, or $1000?

Norwestalta bid $800 and then Mooseknuckle bid $1000 but it has disappeared so I guess we are at $800

Okay, thanks Ken. I was really hoping I wasn't losing my mind, or my wife hadn't used those "funny" mushrooms in tonights salad again.

Where did my original go? Honest didn't touch a thing?

If things are still on I have $1000 for the rifle!
