Default Where does one go for perch

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction .

I am looking to go perch fishing and i live in calgary.

I am new to alberta and dont mind to drive for a good day of fishing.

I'm not very familiar with the area, but if I were you I would do a search on Grassy Lake, from what I here it produces pretty well.

Wiau by Conklin is on right now. Didn't winter kill after all, and some big fish. I know, don't tell everyone. Really guys.

It sounds like people are having some luck at Burnstick Lake which is northwest of Calgary. I have not fished it myself, however If the boss lest me out I might give it a try this weekend.

The only place I know of to fish for perch IN calgary is Carburn park.

I dont know about how good of a fishery it is because there was a lot of winterkill there last year.

There is perch in Midnapore and Sundance lakes - but you need community member access to get there.

lots of perch to be had there.
