Am now working nights, and am off at 3 AM. Looking to go early mornings in search of burbs/whites/and perch. Just outside of Edmonton area, in Devon. You pitch for gas, or drive, and I'll bring up to my 6 man shelter, flasher, camera, gas auger, heater, rods, tackle, etc. PM, or txt 780-245-0849. Looking to go most every weekday.

Just to let you know, this thread is trying to find a ride or someone offering a ride if they have room, to go fishing.

Try posting in the "Fishing items for sale" section. People who may be looking for something like that have a better chance of seeing it there.

Hey, how is it going, i would like to go fishing with someone not this weekend but the next, i can chip in for gas and what ever. if anyone has room and is going fishing, would like company and is in Edmonton, that would be great, i would like to try ice fishing

How did you do? I am heading out to McGregor in couple hours. There are monsters as well, 3 years ago I witness one guy catching 16lbs burbot. Short and fat his head barely got through 8inch hole.

Anyone want to go out to Chickakoo/Sauer the next couple days(open to other ideas as well)? I don't have an auger or other ice fishing supplies but willing to pick up and drive(within reason of course) if you have the equipment(don't need rod/lures etc I will just use a half rod).

Going to chain lakes to be on ice around noon - have a little fish fry hopefully, and than head out around 4pm. Quick drive from south calgary, only takes about 45 minutes.

Just an update, whoever else wants to come (experience doesn't matter) meet at the north parking lot of chain lakes campground, right on the water there. I'll be in a camo jacket / pants. might set the tent up if its super cold - would be a rapala sherpa! See ya's there
