trolling speed?
I troll a lot when im fishing, here I troll 1.5 -2 mph for trout, and 2.5 for salmon. What speeds do you guys find effective for pike, and walleye?

This time of year 1.6 to 1.8 mph. As the water gets warmer, 2.0 to 2.2 mph. Always has been my rules of thumb.

On my lake I have found that with my 12' tinner I run my Minn Cota on 1 and often shut it down momentarily - in other words, dead slow!

Speed doesn't depend on species, it depends on lure/presentation.
I usually troll between 1 and 5 kph depending on what I am doing.

For Walleye.......Regular blade Spinner rigs and cranks at about 1.1, Spinner rigs (smiley, spin & glow) about .6 and the Lindy rig or jig slow .3 or less.

Definitely depends on a couple factors.
I値l troll bottom bouncers or slip weights with spinner rigs or felts floaters at very low speeds using an electric trolling motor. Like 0.5-1mph
Also will troll lipless cranks, spoons, or diving cranks at 2.5-3.5 mph using my 115 hp 4 stroke.
Really depends on what depth of water I知 in, what depth I want my life to run at, what presentation I知 using, what the structure is like, and what species I知 targeting.

To a great degree I troll at the speed the lures I am using work best. eg. I have some lures that work great at 2.68 -3.5 Km/h but then blow out. I have others that don't start to work until 3.6 km/h I even have some that only work between 4.2-6 km/h. So the speed that I troll at will vary to what lure I am using mostly. Another consideration is what depth you want to fish. That is to say some cranks I have will fish quite shallow if pulled slow but when you add a bit more speed will really dig and dive so again I adjust my speed accordingly.
For walleye again depends on the lure and presentation but If I had to be nailed down to a speed I would say 0.9-1.68 km/h.

Usually under or about 1mph when I知 pulling bottom bouncers. A bit faster for anything else and pike.

You troll at the speed that your lure is designed to work at.
A crank bait will not "vibrate" properly when speeds are too low.
A bottom bouncer will not remain in contact with the bottom is you are going to fast.
Pike will take lures as fast as 4-5 mph, however, I run crank baits in the high 2's to low 3's (mph) when the water is warm.
Walleye will often grab a crank bait at these as well. But If I'm targeting walleye I will use different lures like bouncers, tail dancers, shakees, or other harnessess.

I troll one speed and then change up my lure presentations, depths etc.
Whatever walking speed is?
Worked from coast to coast and in between.

Fish will let you know what speed they prefer at the time. Fish using S method will help you determine speed. Outside rod gets all the hits, speed up. Inside slow down. However, with the S method it can also be because of the speed change or change in direction.
If you troll straight much of the time, speed can be a factor then and you can slow down or speed up to determine what the fish want. As said, with some methods and lures, you may need to change them to go with a slower or faster presentation.
If they are not biting, before you change anything try speeding up or slowing down. Might surprise you.
