Take a minute and pull it apart.
Most fly reels are 1:1 ratio, no gears involved. Just a bearing, drag system and maybe a clicker. If the bearing is a sealed bearing nothing to be done other then maybe apply a touch of grease to the clicker system(don't put oil or grease on drag).
If it doesn't turn smooth try to find a replacement bearing.
Otherwise blow the dust out of her and she is likely good to go. Your spinning reels have many more moving parts and likely require a more thorough job oiling and greasing.
