Default Peerless lake

Heading up that way for a few days after christmas. Any tips for lakers in that lake? Fished there a bit with minimal luck a few years ago.

Im thinking the south shore drop would be good. Any tips on lures and bait or areas would be greatly appreciated!

thanks!

There is a ridge straight out from the campground. To the east of it you get into deep water in a hurry. That's where I've caught em. Can be real buggers to catch some days though! Some monster burbs in there too
