it is a lovely rifle, but probably a little out of my price range for a 22.

I have seen a couple, the first one was in a 1985 Gun Digest. Never had the cash to get someone to do one up for me but it would be awesome I think!

I guess one could bush the breech block and relocate the firing pin hole , build a firing pin for rim fire , install a rim fire barrel and done . Could feasible be done on an existing #1 just lots of work .
