Default Wicked...

...Vid with a great Tune. Very nicely done.

Watching buddy stumble over the rod trying to get to his own, brings back some memories...

Cheers,

Default Clear lake

You bet, Clear Lake is East of Stavely AB. although you need a boat now, a sthe weeds go 50 yards out, and 15 ft down. As soon as fall hits, it should be good from shore again.

That was where we went after we left you guys at PCR last weekend. Just the other side of Stavely. Caught six myself...but watched a guy carry a 28 pounder back to shore in his boat!

I plan on going back there one of these weekends soon!

Awesome video!

Just a shame I'm currently 7200Km away from there right now, with no decent(ish) fishing to be done in these parts!

After fishing PCR last Tuesday I had some time to waste so I went lookin for Clear Lake, never been there before.
Pretty quiet as far as campin goes, only one camper
Fished off the dock for about an hour, caught a couple and had a few chasers.
Seemed to be alot of weeds there, not too deep there I assume.
So where is the best place to fish from shore now??

Default Ok Time for a dumb question

Although I've lived here for twelve years I'm only now getting to look around at where I live. Is this Clear Lake Ab the lake that's east of Stavely?

instead of turning right to PCR turn left off the highway and go past Stavely, its not too far up the road. Dont think there are too many campers because there isnt much shade there!

This is a PIKE Lake only. Burbots are in there too. That's why I call it PIKE CITY.

Thinkin of hittin it and PCR this week while in Calgary.
