Default Chip lake

Any one been to chip lake recently if so how did you do and how was the ice conditions. I am going to fish the mouth of the river.

I was there 2nights ago I got one Burbot an a older guy got like 4 out of 7ppl that were on the ice until about 11ish they didn't get anything. Ice still good to drive on! Just stay on the right side of the mouth facing north cause on the left side you'll end up drilling into mud haha!! Unless u go quiet aways out. Some of us were in 18" of water n like 30" of ice.
