Default hermitage pond

so the nsr leaked into the pond and the water is higher than normal and very murky the fish are barely rising and i cant get any fish to bite i saw trooper land a decent trout on a cromie (nice fish btw) but i went today for a few hrs at the last hrs of light and nadda ... im new to fly fishing any suggestions im gonna go back tomorow evening

nice to hear the trout are still there. If you dont like cromie fishing a small nymph at a slow drag works ok. mix it up with some dries once in awhile if you see them rising. Mosq this time of year works well. Remember - for fly fishing bigger is not better. It has to look real to the size. size is most important.

it should be ok. i was there last week for a few minutes one morning and caught one.try fishing the west side at the bottom of the 'hill'. damsel nymphs work ok.
