Default trout and perch

im gonna go fishing on sunday and i wanna get into some trout my gf on the other hand would like to get into the perch any of yall got any suggestions on a place nearish edmonton that we can get the best of both worlds

Twin lake near Rocky Mtn. Hse. Has been illegally stocked with perch + there are still some trout stocked.

Spring Lake, Vegreville trout pond, Hasse (:O)

All of them have perch/trout as far as I know...hasse was thrown in there as a joke...

id love to go to spring lake but i dont know of a place to park i thought you need to be a member to get the key to the gate do you know if i can park somewhere that i can bring my boat i can wheel my boat a ways if theres a descent trail or can i park at the store there and walk down the little road

I only have ever gone in the winter, and we just walk in and go around the gate. You can rent a cabin at the campground for $95 per night though, so might be a decent getaway for you and the wife. Try your luck on the lake and again in the cabin

this is spring lake by stony plain right? i didnt realize there was a campground ill have to do some googling

so i googled it and there is a campground theres a phone number as well ill call tomorow and see has anyone been there this summer was it winterkilled last year cuz many years ago the last time i was there it took a beating that winter and killed off pretty good
