The Town Council met this evening and passed a resolution to place a $1.00 per fish bounty on the perch in the Morinville Rez (west of the overpass) in an attempt to get as many perch out of the lake before stocking it with trout this spring. This event will take place this weekend only, Saturday and Sunday!
I'm not sure if it is open to everyone so you'd better call the town hall to make sure before driving out.
