Default Crowsnest July 3

Fished the Crow Wed, river is still pretty high and the vis is super low. Lots of changes below the East Hillcrest bridge. I had to watch myself along the banks as a lot are unstable and dump into some real deep fast water. Lots of bugs out and a couple risers. Did manage to catch my share of Rainbows and couple chunky ones.

Visibility looks pretty darn good in that first pic. Nice stones.

Default Thanks 4 the Crow update

My Dad and I spent many memorable weeks fly fishing the Crow back in the 80's and 90's....... Camping at Lundbreck Falls.
It can be a magical stream when conditions are right.
Thanks for the photos and update.... Love the photos esp the golden stones and the young dipper being fed.
(Both trout and birds go crazy when those big bugs are hatching and laying eggs)
