Not sure how you saw my fur at Westlock when I drop mine off at Halfords?. I wish it was closer and I would so I could get a few ideas of what is wrong with it.
Thanks Brian. It has been a fun year. Hope I can catch another cat or 2 before the end

No prob bud. Do you know who they send their fur to for tanning? I sent mine to Western fur in Edmonton again this year but I am always open to a cheaper price. When it costs you $100 a coyote to get it tanned it sure adds up in a hurry. I think my otter was $128.

Nice pics, like the otter as well. My son and I were scouting our hunting area north of Calling lake on saturday, we had to deal with a bunch of snow covered bent over alders as well. I imagine that's quit common on the trap trails. Loving the trapping journal Nube.

Sorry don't know who they send it to , but I believe they said 60$ for a coyote ! Might be worth a call to see check !

Got my last batch of coyotes in just in time for the next sale. Had to get the gal at Halfords to snap a quick pic for me.
Here is a coyote I got where they like to duck under a fence. I have caught 3 here now.

This is one of the best threads on this site. Your pictures, your stories, and sharing it with your kids is priceless. You're making them memories that are going to last a lifetime. I share your pictures with my 5 soon to be 6 year old daughter and she is always full of questions.
Thanks Nube for posting this and I hope you continue to do so.

That big one is a real big cat I think. He was the largest I caught this year and actually scared me a bit when I walked in on him and the noises he made. My daughter had a hard time posing for that picture with him and he was at least 10 ft away

Nube should open up a tannery with the amount of fur he has sitting at Western!
