Well, then your options are endless. Come up closer to Red Deer you may find some good fishing spots. Would you rather catch trout, perch, pike, walleye, whitefish, burbot?

Well this winter we have caught two browns over 20 inches and probably half a dozen 17 and up and lots in the 14 inch range, along with rainbows. Don't know why you'd want to go c&r fishing for perch, they don't really scrap. Maybe try going somewhere for pike?

Ok, i havent fished Mitchell, didnt know where it was. I just found it in Barry Mitchells fishing guide. How big is this lake, says its aerated. Anyone know the mean depth?? Says electrics only, so cant be very big eh.

Nope it's quite small. Mean depth probably 15 ft. Out to 35 in one spot. Here and Struble are both great trout fisheries.
