Default Short tailed Weasel....I stand corrected.

I've seen a short tailed weasel in the backyard the last few days but last nite was the first chance for a pic....

We have one in the neighborhood feasting on an endless supply of voles. I haven't seen him but lots of tracks in fresh snow.

Damn I need to invite him over to live in my front yard! Damn voles ate half of my lawn again this year. I applied the blood meal in the fall but apparently it didn’t work as supposed to….
