Default places to camp in 328 or 330?

Ive got a few days off next week and will be heading up to the rocky area for wt and grouse.
Can anyone suggest a good spot to park a trailer?
Im not very familiar with that area and itclooks like the crimson lake campground is closed for the season.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
John

Are you looking for full service, or will a spot for remote random camping do?
Lotsa places to random camp in that area BTW.
Something near the Nordegg river would be my choice.

Take the Sunchild Road from Hwy 11 north to the turn off to the Kiera Nordegg River gas plant turn off, go west, and find a nice spot.

Thanks Dick.
I hear the area has lots of well sites and it looks that way from google maps.
Im hoping to see a few grouse. Been out in 406 and 412 and have only seen two. Nothing like an upland hunt imo. Tasty little buggers!

Haven't spent a day in 330 with out seeing 20 plus grouse. So you should do fine!
