Default Rupert Salmon charters

First off I know you'll all say Great pacific salmon lodge, BUT, my dad has always wanted to go on one where you sleep on the boat and go out for 3 or 4 days. Anyone have any recommendations for one of these type charters?

These guys used to be out of Rupert but last year moved out to Nootka Sound due to the last few years in a row of poor fishing up north. Chatted with them in Calgary last year, and sounds like if staying on the boat is for you, they'll make your trip very comfortable and accommodating. WIth that being said you are on the water so expect pretty damp conditions even in living quarters for the most part. But it is an experience that some say really make them feel like theyre on the ocean fishing!

Default Thunder 1

Check out Thunder 1. Four of us went out with them last year and had an excellent relaxing trip. Didn't catch a large number of fish but one person in our party caught a 46 lb. chinook and I caught my first halibut. Web site: http://www.thunder1.ca/

Thunder one is a great choice.
Good people run that show.

Get in touch if you have any questions about timing of your trip or what you can expect.

You will love Fishing the Rupert area. This is going to be a great adventure for you and your Dad.
