Or check out Ice Shanty. There is guys on there that make and sell their own and some will do custom orders for guys.

In a "pinch" I just use small split shot on a jig hook. You could get whatever color "jig" paint from the Fishin Hole, hobby stores, etc, etc, but I find that if your putting bait or plastic on your hook the color on such a small head is meaningless anyway.
