Yak meat to eat

any good, cook it like steak or hamburger

thoughts might get a side to try, bout 125 pounds a side, front or back

Are you telling or asking? Where would one source such a thing? Of course any beef-like animal will have steak and hamburger.........? and have sides....and fronts and backs.....

Why don’t you just buy a few steak and try it out. I saw a ad on kijiii someone by Warburg was selling individual yak steaks , grounds and roast around $10 a steak and 45 for a roast .

yak farm in wildwood selling meat so I thought I would ask

Yak meat is awesome,great flavour a little stringy but great eating. My wifes cousin raises it , its like a cross between domestic meat and wild.
