Nice, those came out the year I bought my Sylvan (it is a 1990). Just wondering what kind of speed do you get with the 130.I have a 115 on mine now, but have been thinking of putting a 130-140 on it.

hopefully the pictures will turn out of my phone, 16' Misty River, 25hp 3 cyl, currently installing front and rear casting decks, pedestal seats, pump, live well, stereo, and lights. now hopefully this weather will break so I can go out and enjoy it.

I don't know yet Bobalong. I just picked it up about 6 weeks ago (thus the crappy weather. Sorry guys I beleive it is my fault). I am thining she'll do around 45mph cuz it's pretty light. She's rated for 150hp but I think that may be a little crazy. Looking forward to open water, if that ever happens.

Nice Torque, do you like to stand a lot? I just got my Trident 13 and haven't had it in the water yet but it looks like it would be plenty stable enough that outriggers shouldn't be needed.

I am looking forward to using the kayak this summer.

My boat is like me, an old river dog.

Okay so it's not really a river boat. It was the best I could afford at the time.

18 foot 140 hp Mercruiser stern drive Fibreglass.

I would prefer a smaller lighter boat but this was all I could find that was within my budget.

Crestliner Fishhawk 1600SC with a 50HP Merc. Lowrance HDS 7 Gen 2 with the LSS-2 structure scan. Motorguide Wireless 45 on bow. Have had it for 6 years now and on a lot of adventures evident by the scrapes, scratches and dings but it has never let me down.

Here is my option for the rougher water (freighter canoe is pretty scary in big waves). With soon-to-be-built gun, rod, net, fish finder, and paddle rack on transom.

Realy like what you've done with the Freighter, I've thought long and hard about getting somthing like that. What length is it and how big is the motor?

Mine is a 16' Outlaw Lynx. With nothing but a 175hp merc. and a steering wheel, this is just right for running the Oldman River. With a full top,I have cots I set up for over nighters on the river. There is 1 1/2" of teflon, 1/2" of alluminum and 7 stringers in the hull. Gets me to spots that are fished by few people.

Pretty soon you'll need a caddy to help you pick the right one

my inflatable. have a 9.9 and 55lb electric go with this. use mostly for stillwater fly fishing.
front anchor + back anchor. extended bench seat to mount rod holder and downrigger.
Can be easily moved around with launching wheel.

Modded the trailer with 1x8x8 bunk for better supporting tubes and added bunk below transom to support high pressure spot of inflatable.
