Default binoculars which do you use?

hi guys ive just managed to get hold of a pair of zeiss classics 10 x 40 t*p* as new in the box from a collector ive been trying for ages to get hold of a pair of these the optics are great and they are bombproof! just wondering what everyone else uses?

a litle heavy but so what!!

i also have a set of little bushnells binos that i found on a cutline in the moutains that a coyote chewed on. these are my disposable ones.

always spend money on glass. resale is better and faster, quality in the meantime is better, your eyes will thank you.no headaches or eyestrain after a couple of hours of gawking

I sold my Zeiss 10x40 Classics, after using them for 18 years and bought a pair of Leica 10x42 Geovid HDs to replace them.

how did you find the classics elkhunter? ive just taken them out for a look see and im very impressed with them!

leica ultravid 10x32 hd

also have a pentax dcf hs 8x36 as a beater/loaner/spare vehicle pair...not bad for under 300, surprised a buddy or two...but head to head with alpha class glass and you can see the difference...i may use the pentax more in the future for bush/bow hunting
