So yesterday someone told me that " no one comes to AO anymore". I dunno, maybe it's true but somehow I think that person is mistaken. Would the mods be able to tell me how many members we have in here, how many active members, how many posts per month etc?

If you go to the main page and then click on "Alberta Outdoorsman Forum" it will bring you to a page that gives the stats on active members as well as when the most people were on last. At the bottom of the page it will show this:

What's Going On?
Currently Active Users: 1030 (346 members and 684 guests)

and farther down it will show how many members there are as well as the newest member.

I think that was more of a generic rant than actual fact!
There are new members regularly, just buy looking at the new members posting, and although there are some the usual foolish , trolling, ridiculous and substance threads, there are some good ones as well.

Looks to me that if the ability to delete a profile, membership would be about 40000the less. I fear the population on here that are active, is far under 10000. More non members than anything.
Seen the "almost 50000" number thrown around many times. Can we get any figure of members who haven't posted in the last year?
Just asking. This forum seems to be getting emptier. Haven't heard from any kids in a long time. Guess teaching them to avoid places where bullies hang out has drove them to safer places???
