Default Tonneau Mounted Rod Holder?

I'm thinking that I'd like a rod holder mounted to the underside of my "UnderCover Classic" tonneau cover. Anyone done this or have ideas on how to do it?

I have a couple of ideas, but they're not very good.

Is it a solid one piece fiberglass style one?

If so then just get one or 2 of the berkley style rod racks and glue them to the underside with 3m's pl 400 or you could use some pl 400 and pop rivets to hold it in place.
