Thank God for CSIS. Cat is out of the bag on Chinese interference & it’s not going back in. There’s no good ending here for the lieberal scumbags. The swamp is draining whether they like it or not.
The whistleblower deserves the Order of Canada IMO.
Probability of an election in the near term just went up. This is only getting worse over time for them. 10 more to go.

Follow politics insanely close, on board of directors for North Island Powell River riding Conservative Party, on executive of that actually, and somehow people in Ontario just don't seem to care and will vote Trudeau. Guaranteed in any election his bottom line vote % is 30% nation wide. That means Cons need 35% or so to beat him. Hence why every PPC voter should be ashamed and contribute to his re election. So many ridings will be decided by under 2,000 votes.

When you pile up enough greasy rags, they get warm. Then they smoke. And then you have spontaneous combustion. I think this is the point it is at, politically. There is no way they can avoid a full public inquiry now. I also suspect we are not done with the CSIS leaks. This has been too strategic, and effective, the way it has been happening. The story isn't going away, and all the ducking, dodging, denying and deflecting just looks that much worse as the next story comes out, and shows how they lied.
I'm actually quite enjoying this, although this story enraged me a bit. Those poor Canadian citizens, sitting in Chinese prisons, lights on 24/7, and it looks like an MP was counseling the Chinese government not to release them as it was politically disadvantageous to the LPC and the PM. Absolutely reprehensible.
