Not a big football fan but like Dean mentioned , I watch all the big games. More of a baseball and hockey nut!
Great game and I have liked niners since the Montana and Young days BUT can never bet against the best player in a winner take all as football is. Not a 7 game series like hockey and baseball.
Mahomes is a pleasure to watch and never throws an interception it seems!!!
Half time show was used out at the smoker.............. no thanks!!!
A good buddy of mine who has since passed referred to this game as The Stupid Bowl!!!!!

Is it just me, or was the younger colour commentator awfully annoying to listen to?
During the last minute of regulation time, he sounded like a 15 year old girl.

Could probably go to the zoo and see the same level of entertainment...or better. Credit to the techs though for lighting and special effects.

As for Usher, I'm too old to care.

We watched US tv. Way better commercials!
Mahomes running was critical for the win. Many a time we were wondering why he wasn’t running the ball himself.

Yeah, once he started running, it seemed like he decided he needed to take matters in his own hands. That's when momentum started shifting.

I'm sure glad I didn't have a dog in that race. Would have made for a frustrating game for either side's fans.

Some people I know actually got the impression she'd be singing at the half time show.

I was kinda hoping Purdy would win. Last pick in the 2022 draft to Super Bowl winner in 2024 would have been a pretty cool story.

Oh well, just chalk it up to another Super Bowl I never watched and almost forgot it was even on, NFL isn't really on my radar.

There's a lot going on in football, but it's not easily seen. If you ever want to see the mechanics of it, there's guys on youtube who breakdown plays and explain it. It gets complex.

When my son played minor football I got a real appreciation for the sport.

The curse of the missed convert doomed the 49ers, the half time show was not my favourite by a long shot was a good game down to the wire unlike some blowout superbowls

Amazing fact. Superbowl 1/2 time show, the entertainer works pro bono. Some of those shows over the years pretty involved! Free. Well, wonders never cease!

So this year it was worth what they paid for it.

I could only watch 10 seconds of the half time show . Seems like he was just lip sinking to an auto tuned recording . I guess if you got the money you can buy a voice .

Background noise while I finished tying up another order of flies for some guides.

For me, one of the worst 1/2 time shows ever. One of our highlight bets was before the game started. It was, how many times will they show Taylor Swift throughout the game? We had to drop it cause the rules were pretty vague. Were we supposed to include repeat shots? Oh well, the money got added into the pool for a reverse final winning number. Glad the game started to pick up in the second half. Awesome ending.
