Default Rainy Day at Hermitage

It was a rainy day of fishing today. Caught a few small walleye and this beauty of a quillback. I was just about to retrieve my jig when the sucker surfaced and swallowed the hook. It made a quick dive and kept pulling and pulling trying to make a run for it. One of the best fights I've had.

nice quillback. Just used up your lottery luck. Seems like a 10,000 to 1 odds of catching one. I have only caught one in hundreds of hours of fishing over many years on the NSR.
