Default fish recipes

Found this recipes book online. Some great recipes for walleye, pike, lake trout and whitefish. Enjoy. Hope it was ok to post here in the fishing forum. Seemed to apply to the fish we mostly fish for in Alberta.

Yes, thanks! Good to have some different recipes. The panko and coconut encrusted walleye caught my eye right away.

Thanks for the link. We just ate some sheepshead here in Florida using a lake trout recipe and it was wonderful. A fresh out of the lake/ocean fish is always great but but adding citrus etc. to a freezer fish makes all the difference between an OK meal and a memorable one. Again thanks.
