I quit fishing buck last year . It was going down hill and fast . Most noticably in the walleye population. when they lowerd the size limit 2 years ago it just about killed it. From one year to the next we went from catching 160 wallies in a day to maybe 20-30 if you had a good day. They tell us that walleye start breeding at 50 cm in there own literature and then drop the size limit to 40 cm ? Don't get it. I guese we don't want our fish to get big enough to breed.
