Default Giant Water Beetles

Caught a REALLY thick Rainbow about 16" long last Friday. It's stomach was hard like a rock. We kept the fish for the smoker, and when I cut into it to fillet it, the guts started squishing out of the cut. It had 14 giant water bettles in it's system right from the top of the stomach all the way through to the pooper. All that was left of the 14th was an empty shell. All the beetles were about 1 1/2" with one or two closer to 2". I've seen them in the stomachs of fish before, but never gorged like this one was...

This Guy was still kicking....
