Default Blackstone conditions/quality

Hey guys, first post so nice to meet y'all. Tried searching for what I'm looking for but no luck so I'm going to ask.. Forgive me if I missed it somewhere already.

Has anyone recently fished any stretch of the Blackstone between the Cutoff Creek Rd bridge and the FTR bridge? I haven't been up this way for 2-3 years now at which time the river was totally blown out from the runoff. At that point the water was a good level, perfect visibility, but the fishing was non-existent save for a few Rockies and I'm curious what kind of recovery the river has seen since then if any? Looking for 2017 info if that wasn't clear.

Cheers!
