Default March Madness is here

I guess it technically wasn't March yet but the pike bite was hot on the weeked. 2 different lakes, one night spent on the ice, and all the pike we could handle with a few walleye mixed in. Had a couple cool moments.....the wife had a dead stick going and was tending to the little one as I was still rigging up rods....we noticed the transducer was moving in the hole and then the flasher turned and moved towards the hole and was no longer reading depth. The hole was full of slush so I couldn't see but I dropped a jig and minnow down just below the ice and it was fish on. He then proceeded to get tangled in the camera chord and the wife's set line which made for an interesting 10 minutes lol. Shortly after that fiasco had a monster pike eat my camera....I had that same jig down the hole and after pounding bottom about 5 or 6 times he decided to inhale my jig. Overall a real good weekend of family fishing. First pic is the pike that ate the camera.
