Jamaica runaway bay

So..I'm in Jamaica from the 11th to the 17th. I looked into a few fishing boats and charters. Is there anybody specifically I should contact ?

Never been but post pics when your back and share with us.....looks like a big long beach area....maybe bring a rod and some tackle for some shore fishing.

I’ve been fishing once in my 4 trips to Jamaica. We used Howard at Lucky Bastard’s fishing charters. He has a Facebook page and takes a deposit through PayPal. You can pay cash to finish up the deal.

We weren’t overly pleased. The 5 hours we paid for was dock to dock, not fishing time. He even had a tangle that he caused by circling and had to stop and have his first mate snorkel under the boat to cut lines in propeller and didn’t add any time. We landed 2 barracudas and didn’t do the deep drop.

He’s one of the only guides on the island. We went on our first trip in September of 2016. Decided to spend money on scuba instead of fishing on trips now instead.
