For the non facebook people here is the story.......

Quote:
Be careful hunters as this morening I susecfuly shot my whitetail buck as I proceeded to tag him and load him I noticed a truck watching me nothing out of the ordinary however when I went to pull back onto the road this truck cut me off and three guys jumped out and pulled me from my truck while one guy held me the other two proceeded to load the deer I just shot in there truck the guy muttered to me this is our deer we have been watching it and they jumped in the truck and took off it was a white f350 lifted with blacked out rims it was a newer truck if anyone sees a vehicle that meets the description call the RCMP or fish and wildlife the vehicle had no licence plate on it be careful out there everyone and good luck

This guy happens to be friends with a couple guys I know... I'm making enquiries as to whether this guy is a BS'r or not.

Pretty ballzy if you ask me to make this up.

I also shot an inquire to a member of the local constabulary.

Got to love the intrigue, for sure.

Wow. Those trucks are a dime a dozen. I would think that probably they'll be around again. Hopefully fw took DNA samples from the guts to match when they catch these guy's.

That sounds very odd. Why would anyone risk a pretty certain arrest on serious charges for the sake of a deer?

Also, if three guys did that to me and then got back in their truck and headed off, I'd have a plate number pretty easily.

Not saying anyone is lying, bs'ing, confused, whatever. You or I have no way of knowing. It's just ... odd.

he said no plate on the truck... my thoughts is if someone pulled me out of my truck and did that to me, there would be 5 inches of cold steel buried in his belly... self defense brother

I see the pic now....
Still doesn't take away from the fact that someone is making fun of someone's misfortune.

I was kind of thinking that might apply to the original Facebook poster. That buck didn't really look like something worth committing a felony against an armed man over. Not saying I know for sure either way of course, just smells a little fishy. If true, I'm sure it will make local news at least and F&W or RCMP could relay whether a gut pile was at the scene and if they think it's plausible.

Thanks for bringing this interesting post to the forum either way.

It's a muzzle brake, on a fluted, and blackened/blued barrel.
