upper bow?

Does anyone know what the upper bow is like right now? I'm fishing the lower bow and it's still a little murky planning on a trip up to Carseland in the next few days. Thanks I appreciate the info

lower bow was awesome Thursday night I caught 4 in 90 minutes rainbows and saw three browns over 20 pulled out

Bow river around calgary is murky, If you can get to the camore or kananaskis area, its pretty clear around there.
