I'm going with a fox. I see them regularly where a fox friend is present.

Taste it. If it's sweeter tasting it's fox. If it's bitter tasting it's coyote.

My guess is one of the two. Chow down!!

not mud for sure, smelled like sh*t.

So, the general consensus is it's either fox' or coyote's.

Isn't their scat more "shaped"? or poor critter is suffering from indigestion after HoytCRX32 wife's goulash?

It sure looks like a government politician's leavings to me, probably the deputy premier's, or the resources(or however it is now identified)minister. It could have been the bus driver Infracture Minister too!!! I don't think that you can pick up a clean end.

Raccoon. Female,

A year and a half old. Has a sore on it's left foot.
It's been eating berries and grabage.

Depost left some time after 2:00 am, you can see that the dew did not erode it too much.

Critter was facing east.

Anything else you'd like to know ?
