Search in google map for "Chain Lakes Provincial Park, Calgary, Division No. 15, Alberta"

You will need zoom out for the satellite pictures. Not sure if this will work but posting it anyway

Simple driving directions from Calgary:

Hwy 2 South.
Past Okotoks
Past High River
Through Nanton

At the south end of Nanton, turn right (West) on Sec. Hwy 533. There is a large sign there that says "Chain Lakes Provincial Park 39 Km"

Follow 533 39km West.

You'll come to a Stop sign at Hwy 22.

Cross hwy 22 and you are in the Provincial Park. Follow the signs to the boat launch.

At the bottom of the boat launch (on the ice) turn right and you will find us.

It's on page 8 of your regs, under "Alberta's Fish Stocking Program". Stocked lake with about 1 million fish per year, lots of them and fun to catch.

I am going to try and come but wouldn't be able to make it down there until about 330pm. Hopefully some of you guys are planning to stay a little later. And maybe hit PCR for some evening fishing.

I know Alex has a nice stash at his house, we'll wait till he leaves to the Dominican then we could stop by and raid it!

I'd like to bring something. If anyone can think of something we might need i'll bring it along, just post. I'd hate to catch the most and the biggest fish, and not have brought anything. HAHAHAHA

Look up? JTS I'll bring the munchies, you take care of the cutlery, By the way anyone have a 12 inch auger, I'm worried my 8 won't be big enough to bring up my catch.
