Anyone been to Lake Minniwanka this year? How is the fishing so far for 2009?

It's been slow - but some are being caught every day.

The water is still unseasonably cold - so the fish are still shallow 10 - 20ft. Most guys have been doing better trolling flies than hardware.

Got 25lb'er 2 weeks ago. Fishing was slow that day. Three guys and five fish in eight hours .
