Dog got skunked - clean the car?
Out for a little puddle hunting this eve and the dog found one big skunk, and now she and the car are sure stinky.
The lovely Mrs. is out in the rain bathing her with hydrogen peroxide/baking soda/dish soap mix as per 'the google'...
What do I do about the back of the SUV??

Should have made the dog walk home lol.
A quick google looks like you can buy cleaners specifically meant for removing skunk smell from fabrics.

The same thing happened to my dog a month ago. Worst...smell...ever. I tried everything to get rid of it and what finally worked was a product called nature's miracle skunk order remover that I got from the pet store. Good luck!

Don't worry, you'll get used to the smell.

That'll learn you for not having a truck where the critter rides out back. Isn't there something in the Alberta Bill of Rights and Responsibilities where everyone must have a pickup?
