I would say a guide. He has no gun but the guy behind him does. Food for thought?

I believe Hunting Addicts made a rule that no more "trespassing" posts were allowed. Too many people are pro-poaching/trespassing and the posts were causing havoc between the law abiders the law breakers.

If the picture was taken in 310 and the individual is a guide I can’t imagine it will be that hard to figure out who it is.

Off topic but who carries a rifle like that? Left side and upside down, very bizarre!

Nothing bizarre about that carry style at all, you should try it

Really, I feel like that would feel off balance with the stock up around your back/ shoulder. Is that one of those safari slings?

Pretty standard style of carry for a lot of Europeans , not awkward and super fast to bring the rifle to the shoulder .
Standard andvWhalen style slings work well

Indeed. I carry it that way probably half the time, depending on the bush.

I do, but on right side - shoot left handed. Keeps snow and dirt out of the front of my scope. But it's not me in the picture!

I rarely use a sling but if I do I almost always carry my rifle like that. It's far more comfortable then muzzle up and quicker to get on target.

Hate to say it but even if you guys identify this person nothing will happen. Big deal you got a pic of someone. Could be on legal property , could be on crown land and it could be anything. Pretty tough to convince the authorities of any wrongdoing because you have a picture of someone.
I think that is why on hunting Addicts they said stop posting because really there is nothing that can be done with a pic

Claymores would be better than trail cams to prevent poaching
