Talking Struble and Cow lake

Is there people driving on and also any luck any info appreciated

I wouldn't drive on Cow yet, lots of slush and floodwater, not a good set of solid ice yet.

Struble I'm sure would have adequate ice but I never drive on for two reasons:

a) The lake is spring fed and they are scattered throughout the lake, therefore providing some "hotspots" that would in turn make the ice very weak. (Seen a guy go through in the bay on the SW corner)

b) It's a small enough lake walking on isn't at all an issue. I can get to my spot across the lake in a matter of 5/10 minnutes. Throw your gear on a sled and go.

You bet. I might be out tomorrow. Probably be the only group walking on, lol. East side if you are out come say hi. Driving (and parking on shore) a titanium blue 2008 Chev Silverado 2500.

hows the fishing been? i was out there very early this year and seen 6 or 8 perch about 4 inches long and that was it. just wondering if they have shown up yet?
