Thanks ...It was in front of my house, was just about to remove the canopy and put on the camper to go on my spring fishing trip to Cold lake for a week.

Anyone know who rents trucks that is set up to tie down a camper and pull a boat?

Sorry to hear that. I hope it's found intact or you get enough to cover a good replacement.

North East eh?

JR:

Are there any special dents or scratches that I should look for If I see your truck parked in a small town or elsewhere?

Take Care JR.

The thief has good taste

There is one just like yours in Sherwood park.
I see it every few days.

120k is nothing on that old girl.
I hope she comes back to you, but I suspect it will be a parts truck in short order.

Looks like you're tenting it, unless the truck turns up.
I would cruise the mall parking lots and have a look.
Londonderry has a parkade right?
Northgate and a few other big box chains.
It will more than likely show up this weekend. Or never be seen in its as is condition again.

Sorry about the luck. Will keep my eyes peeled.

Hate seeing vehicles like this taken. Hard to ever find a truck like this in that condition and low mileage. And rarely covered with theft insurance. And if it is never pays enough anyway.

I really don't care for some individuals out there sometimes.

Bummer Dude! Never understood why people have to go and mess with other people's stuff! Total Horse Crap! To bad the courts didn't allow for the whole Eye for an Eye treatment on things like this. Catch these bastards and let you take something of theirs!

now thats a real bummer. i have driven in that truck many times fishing with john and he really loved that truck. one owner, low mileage in mint condition. john always made sure it was maintained 100%

i knew you put a curse on it when you were talking about maybe upgrading to a new 4x4 in hearing range of your truck. lol

it would be a real shame if the a-holes who stole it trash it like they did to the 2 vehicles that i had stolen this winter not far from where yours was stolen. Ins. will never payout what it was worth. sorry for your loss.

it's all good in the hood

After reporting it to the police and insurance company , I had to cool down so I went for a walk around the block.. Wife started to laugh and say do you thing your young to find it , as I left the house.
Around the block I went and there she was next block over.
They broke threw the back canopy windows and then the steering wheel .

Just have to find a body shop to fix it in 4 days for my fishing trip.
Anyone own one that can help me out ?

Great news, most shops would squeeze you in knowing your timeline, it's if the parts are available is what may cause you headaches. Drive to your nearest shop and ask if they can do it so they can order in the parts asap. I fixed a few gm's with steering columns broken. I assume it will start with a good screwdriver now. So if all else fails you could use it on your trip.

Glad you got it back.

You need a club or some sort of home made hidden kill switch on that beautiful truck.

You collect on the reward.
Glad to hear it.

I was thinking of the other vehicle theft that resulted in a father dead.

I've said it before, as many vehicles get stolen to commit other crimes, I would like to see better sentencing for vehicle theft.

Think about what happened to someone who stole a mans horse....
I would attend that in town square.
