Default Wheel Cross Application Chart?

I am wondering if a chart exists that would tell me what other vehicles/brands the stock 15" aluminum wheels off my 2002 Honda CRV would fit?

Default this might help

While there are likely better sources of information out there, this site will help in your search:
https://www.roadkillcustoms.com/whee...5x4.50-inches/

The list in that link is sorted by the 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern, which is the same as 5 x 114.3mm. You still have to verify the appropriate rim diameter, width, offset or backspace, and center bore diameter for any vehicle listed.
From the Honda website, your OEM rims have 64.1mm center bore, and will be either:
6JJx15 ET50, 15" x 6" wide with 50mm positive offset
or
6.5Jx15 ET45, 15" x 6.5" wide with 45mm positive offset
