Good note taking app for recording reloading information?

Does anyone have a suggestion? Simple notes with the ability to label and import photos. I downloaded one note last night but it looks far to complicated. Notes is not flexible enough.

The note app on the iPhone allows you to add photos, add bullet points, draw freehand on your notes.

Buy your self a note book record your info in it and just label your targets to your note entry’s.

Do you want the ability to analyze or just record & store?

Do you have good electronic spreadsheet (or DB) skills and experience?
