Default 📦 AO Pony Express 🚚

Welcome to the AO Pony Express Thread !

"Need something delivered but don't have the means or the time ? Travelling somewhere and have space to carry something for someone else? (truck or car or PONY !)"

Ask here and maybe another AO member can help ! Building good community means being a good neighbour so if someone can help you - try to help them back or help someone else who could use a hand. (It's also a great way to get to know those people you chat with on the boards or you might see out there hunting/fishing/camping/hiking !)

**This thread is only for doing a Good Deed for our community.**

There is no payment required, and details are to be worked out between the people involved (helping each other)… but who doesn't love a good meal or a couple drinks

Quote:
Genereal Considerations :
- People have schedules, so be timely
(don't make someone late by being late yourself when they are helping you!)
- Obviously nothing illegal
- A good deed done deserves a good deed (pay it forward)
- If it's heavy - bring a friend to help lift your stuff !

This will make for a good thread.

I'm making a round trip to Red Deer from Edmonton on Saturday morning in a car. Don't have a PAL so I can't do firearms.

Great thread Coho. I have done a number of AO pony expresses and they have all worked out well.

I am heading to Edmonton from NW Calgary tomorrow morning with an empty truck if anyone needs anything sent that way.

good idea. One suggesstion though, make sure you actually see what you are transporting. Transporting sealed packages for people you don't know... remember the airport warnings.

I travel pretty much all over northern Alberta, so if you have anything that needs to go somewhere shoot me a txt at 780-263-3833 and I can let you know if I am heading near your destination in the near future and we can arrange pickup or drop off.

In the next couple of weeks I should be travelling in and around Edmonton/Athabasca/Cold Lake/Slave Lake/Wabasca and possibly Whitecourt & Fox Creek

I'll be heading to Edmonton Sunday morning returning to Red Deer Sunday evening.

I'll be busy through the afternoon watching the Riders game, but can meet before or after if needed!

Cheers
