Need help.... Identifying a rifle

Hi, I bought this rifle but I am unable to figure out what it is ?? It is a custom piece in 22-250. I am pretty sure it is of European ancestry ?? It has three action screws. I am unable to figure out how to access the one under the magazine release latch. Which may or may not help to identify this rifle if someone has an idea how to get at it.

The bolt is a three lug with about a 50 degree bolt lift and is simple yet elegant in its design I was able to strip the bolt in about 30 seconds. The safety locks the striker to the rear and though simple works very well.

Just found it thank you. Yes it is a Mossberg CVT now just have to figure out how to get that third screw out?
