He also mentioned I get 1 year warranty on the entire camera, so that's comforting. Shipment via USPS so no brokerage or customs no duty fees when it gets delivered. I'll be watching my mail box in anticipation.

Hello, The unit needs a driver board. We need payment of $80 before we can make any repairs. (It’s $45 for the driver board and $35 for shipping.) Call us at 888-778-1208 to make that payment.

Thanks
Mike Mesch

Good news and warranty to boot.
No luck on the promo wear .... however, the 1 year warranty, to January 2015 will be a blessing on a 3 year old system.

Canada Post delivered my camera yesterday, opened up the box & Marcum upgraded the power cable & included a new charger everything works like new.

For the $45.00 plus return shipping, I'm very pleased with the after sales service.

That Mike Mesch from Marcum has outstanding customer service and should be writing the hand book on how to satisfy a client !

Marcum has always come thru for me !

I just had this happen to me. The video connection on the screen I slowly pulled it out while the unit was powered then the camera worked. If the connection is pushed in all the way the pins for the video do not make connection. At least this was the fix for mine the problem looks exactly the same.

Interesting fix, however, that shouldn't happen. Try some electronic anti-oxidant compound on each terminal, I used it on my Marcum as well, on all my sat-dish connections, this compound ensures you have a good conductivity and should solve your problem.

In addition, had my unit out 4-5 times this ice season & it's still working like new & my DIY camera head fix, is just fine, no more moisture inside the lens.
