I noticed yesterday while at the farmers market on ogden road they had fresh fiddle heads in.
They were in the "new (where there was crap but now all food vendors basically)" section of the market.
I know some of you guys really do love them.
Stinky wanted to eat them raw......but then he wanted to sample everything in sight yesterday.

There are lots of fiddleheads here. I pick them every May long weekend about 100 kms Northwest of Edmonton at Lac Lanonne.....been doing it for years now.
