4 inch and counting in SW Calgary. Roads are sheer ICE! Extra caution driving.

There will be enough snow to break out the snow blower. Yippee.

its been blowing so much here between Calgary and Cochrane that I wouldn't be able to get a good measurement but I would guess a few inches so far. Shoveled and plowed the snow this morning and will be going out again later to do it again.

Lot of blowing snow here in south Calgary. Some places are bare but others have pretty good sized drifts. I'm guessing we would have had about 15cm by noon.

I’ve found this to be pretty accurate.

https://511.alberta.ca/#:Alerts

Looks like that area roads are not good.

A foot to a foot and a half snow down and shifted in south Calgary.

Heavy, sticky wet stuff. Not the best for a snow blower.

Hard to tell really as we had so much wind yesterday afternoon, I know I can see about a 2' high drift by the corner of the garage, I'll have coffee before I venture out and fire up the blower

I swept two inches off my walkway yesterday morning and I would guess 8 inches this morning. And I got to spend today thinking about the things I should have done before it snowed.

I’d say we got over a foot, maybe 2’, north of Provost. Barely got the front door open yesterday afternoon and shovelled a ton off the deck. Same thing this morning but more of it. Truck box was almost full when I went to start the truck. Put about 600km from here to Major, SK to Consort to north of Coronation and back home. Saw maybe 20km of pavement. Spent most of the day doing 80km/hr. I hate winter!

4 inches to start first thing Wed. morning. Shoveled. Come home 10 hrs later from work. Cause of the wind it gave me 10 inch in most spots cause of drifts. Was wet on the bottom and real heavy to shovel. Would have been nice a little at a time and a Chinook 5 days later. ya know +10 maybe 12. Just enough to help soak in. Ground not frozen solid yet. I be in Pineridge NE Calgary. Front facing north. South facing deck easy 14 in. Shoveled 4 times ARRRRG
