Default Banff Mountain Lakes - Hiking Fishing Partners !

My regular fishing partners are out of commission this summer do to work. So if anyone is interested in joining me for some back country trips let me know. If you need company I would be interested as well. It's doesn't matter to me if you flyfish or spin.I do both. I will be chasing Big Cutties ,Brookies and maybe Bows..

I'm up for that as well! Wouldn't mind hitting some backcountry lakes too.

We're in the same boat. My regular fishing partner is out of commission this summer due to the fact that he had to go and reproduce.

We'll be in touch.

Something I've been wanting to do more of, but have been putting it off due to my struggle to pick up fly fishing.

If your ever looking for one more I'd love nothing more then a good hike and a day fishing!

I was just talking with a coworker about fishing some of the mountain lakes. He lives in Canmore and we work in Exshaw. We were looking at Marvel and Owl. I'd be interested as well if the timing worked out. Not sure if he and I are gonna be able to go. I work shift, so am off through the week as much as on weekends if that helps. I have a float tube and some back country gear already if your looking at overnight trips. Let me if your interested and when.

I too, am always looking to do some hikes in the summer, life permitting. Shoot me a pm when you're looking for a partner, then I get an email notification and can reply right away.

Thought I'd throw my name in the hat. I'll hike close to anything... trail or not. Not sure exactly what I'll be working this summer (university student with exams finishing shortly) but keep me in mind.

I am an avid hiker and would love to accompany some more experienced fly fisherman who would be willing to pass some of their wealth of knowledge on!

Most of my weekends are available.

I'd be up for some hikes. Let me know when you'll be interested. Day hikes or tent trips, doesn't matter to me!

Thanks, it's what I love. It's not for everyone, but for those that it is, it borders on everything.
